Confidentiality is crucial and we support an individual's right to maintain control over personal information. People have the right to make informed choices about their own service delivery. We strive to provide services which enable a creative solution to the changing needs of homeless people. We work very closely with our service users and believe in their potential and will help them realise their ambitions.
We recognise, embrace and celebrate and respect individual's religious and cultural needs and ensure that all services respect and value equality and diversity of opinion and promote services that cater for those differences.
Only by working with integrity can we form strong partnerships with staff and statutory and voluntary agencies. We understand that certain people face barriers, and aim to break these down where and whenever we find them.
